Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Laurin grew up on the East Coast in Connecticut and eventually lived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, before moving to Idaho Falls. Laurin Waters studied Interior Architecture at Chatham University in Pittsburgh and Media Design from Full Sail University. This knowledge, coupled with her experience working for one of Idaho’s top real estate companies, has provided valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings.
Laurin has called Idaho her home since February 2016. Passionate about homes and people, becoming a licensed agent seemed like a natural fit in her hometown. In her free time, Laurin loves to travel, explore food, and go on long drives with her husband Colin, to explore Idaho’s treasures. She also loves to go kayaking, hiking and has recently started snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
